Equitable Reserve Association

The anguish of losing an infant shouldn't be compounded by financial distress. While Equitable Reserve Association cannot ease the pain of death, it can help alleviate some of the worry about money at a heart-wrenching time like this. The Family Fraternal Benefit will pay a $1,000 death benefit for a live born child of any qualified Equitable Reserve family should the child die within 60 days of birth.

The benefit also guarantees insurability for $5,000 of permanent life insurance at standard rates effective 60 days from birth of a child, provided the insurance is applied for within 60 days following the child's birth.

A qualified Association family is defined as a family in which the father and mother, if living, are insured under an Equitable Reserve plan, or an Equitable Reserve Association Family Plan, and have maintained continuous membership for more than one year prior to the child's birth.
